#1 of 1 Need help...Please read... with a 1998 Plymouth Voyager Engine install by dadirab

So, I have my 1998 Plymouth Voyager 3.0 V6 in the shop for a engine swap. The "Certified" guy called me and said that he could not get the engine to "rotate in". He said it only goes about 350 instead of the full 360. When my husband asked him what he thought it was he said that the Spark Plugs the we bought to replace the old one were longer. He said that he could take them out for an extra 2 hours labor, or my husband could come do it. My question is....Is this what it is or is it something else. Any suggestions welcome.
