I'm sorry for not being more clear with my question IIRC. While I was researching this I saw references to a 65/67 mm diameter,14 sided end cap used on another Toyota model to remove the filter housing. So my question was about the diameter of the cup needed for a Sienna. I continued to research and then called Toyota who sells their tool. As it turns out it's a 64 mm diameter cup, so I bought one. $25 - ouch! Hope it fits my son's Camry.
Thanks for replying IIRC.

i bought the 65/67mm plastic cap oil filter socket, all it did was slip.
later bought a metal oil filter socket.
dealer said he would give me one free oil change so i will ask that they not tighten the oil filter so tight and maybe wiith the new metal socket I can get the oil filter off the next time I change oil in the van.
dealership must have buba's big brother hired to tighten up the oil filters for them when they do a oil change.
guess if they have a $25 toy issued oil filter socket they do not care how tight the filter is as they can get it off.
still like the spin on filters but must get over it.

The V6 Camry has the same engine, so it should fit.
I had issues with the multi-size cups slipping, too.

Plot continues to thicken. I was just outside checking the fit on the filter housing, and it's perfect. Problem is that I don't have a socket to fit the filter cup. Looks like I can get an angle on it with an adjustable wrench though.
