Will I have a miserable time driving my 08 cobalt from Chicago to Oregon because of mountain driving?

You might get sore from the lousy seat design, but the engine has lots of power to handle the grades.

Don't see why. I've driven mine from eastern Pa to Oregon and back twice with no issues.
