2001 Forester Rear defrost stopped working.
I am perplexed since when I turn on I get 12V from both leads on the window and in fact every line. If I hold my red meter lead to the terminal and move the black lead to every line I get between 9 and 11 volts depending how far it is from the main lead. This means I have no breaks. yet none of the traces are working. Please assist.
