Not to belittle Kinney (my dad bought several Subarus there), but the powertrain on your car was covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles. If you had less than 60k, your car was covered under the warranty anyway.

In August of 2009 I purchased a used 2005 Subaru Legacy ... The mileage was in in the low 80s ... In January 2010, the engine started making a clicking noise ...
