06 Chrysler Pacifica shakes/shutters when going uphill!

Does anyone else have this problem? My 06 Pacifica has less than 29K miles, and has started shaking pretty heavily when I accelerate going uphill at about 40-45 mph.I do a lot of in town driving. The shake/shutter stops when I let off the gas (I reach my road just a few seconds after the shaking begins).
This problem doesn't occur everytime I go uphill, and it doesn't seem to matter if the engine is cold or warmed up.
I had the control arm bushings replaced about 6 months ago due to the popping sound heard when slowing and turning left. I'm sure that this problem is unrelated though, just thought I'd throw that in there...
Any thoughts? I love my car, but am starting to get worried after reading ALL the problems that Pacificas seem to have!

We have an 04 and it has started to shake as well but this time while braking took it to a mechanic and he siad it was the roll bar/stability bar. Very unusual.
