#1 of 2 problem with AM radio?
Jan 26, 2010 (8:52 am)
I seem to be having a problem with both my 2010 E 350 and ML350s. When on AM radio, the stations seem to be fading in an out and the sound gets lower and then louder. Is anyone else having these problems? I have not called service yet. I have a freind with a new ML 350 also experiencing the same issue. We live in Long Island so I dont think that where we live is creating a service issue. Anyone else with this issue?

I noticed many years ago that AM stations were very weak and this is most populated part of S.C. If I could pick up 3, I was doing good. And this was on Toyotas, Saabs, Mazdas, Fords, everything. Since AM around here is talk radio and I don't listen to it, not a real issue for me. Have not tried AM with the E yet.
Heck between the music register, Sirrius, CD changer, FM radio, etc., figure I need to drive 12 hours per day for a couple of months just to listen to everything.
