I got my 09 routan SEL premium last weekend. The first thing I realized about the inside is the 3rd row seat doesn't fold completely into the well of the truck. Actually, the 40% part folds perfectly flat, but the 60% part has about 2-3 inch sticking out. I went to the dealer. They checked and found the only thing they could do it updating the program which did nothing to the folding problem. They cannot find the reason. Anyone has suggestions?

That is the way that they all are, including mine. This was the first thing that I noticed when I looked at my very first demo. Saw about 5 more and all did the same thing. I have put heavy items on it when laid flat and it gors down w/o any damage.

I just got a 2011 sel and the seats do the same thing. I think they are all like this. it's not a BMW, just have to live with it. Good luck.
