#1 of 6 Lease a 2010 GT500??

Hi. I was wondering if you can lease a GT500. I found a new black 2010 gt500 from cars.com. I have never heard of anyone leasing a gt500 and I was just wondering if you can. I am looking to put 10k-12k down. I have an excellent credit score around 930-950 range. You may ask, well why don't you just go ahead and purchase one. I Iike to stay up to date with what's new and leasing fits my needs.

For some strange reason, Ford doesn't lease mustangs right now. You could always try a 3rd party (bank, etc).

I have not heard recently of Ford leasing Mustangs. Curious to where you got your credit score from since the high end of the FICO range ends at 850.

I was quoted this by a Toyota dealership last year. That what they told me when I leased a 4runner last year

I wondered about that score, too. I think the Toyota guy misread the score or was just blowing smoke. (Or he was telling you what your payment was gonna be! LOL)
#6 of 6 GT500 Leasing and Credit Score

It's possible he was quoting the BEACON or some other FAKO score - scores based on models used OTHER than FICO08 that are biased for modeling specific types of risk.
FICO proper is only useful as a base point of relative reference, it's rarely used as the final scoring model, and its range ends at 850. Each bureau has dozens of its own specialized scoring products that emphasize certain custom-tailored factors, so like Forrest Gump said, you never know what you're gonna get.
That said, 950 can be great or terrible - great if the scale ends at 950 - terrible if the scale ends at 3,000.
As for leasing Shelbys, Ford never has and likely will never offer GT500 leasing. You'd have to go to an outside bank.
