I just got a 2001 Grand cherokee, the windshield washers spray too low and hit the wiper arms, how can they be adjusted? I tried putting a pin in the hole and moving the jet holes up, did not budge, didn't want to force, any suggestions?

nope that is how you do it just dont put the pin to far
