I have 03 tahoe the cd part of the radio will not except cd's, it says error and pops the cds back out. Anyone know the problem, is the cd portion no longer any good, any way of repair????

Have you tried it with different CD types?

I had the 6 cd /radio and found it had a jammed cd in it. I replaced the radio with a spare I had. Try taking the radio out, it is not hard, take the top cover off and look inside if there is a stuck cd. If so remove it and try it again. The dealer advised not to use any cd with a PAPER label because it will get hot and the label rises up and gets stuck in the changer. I removed 4 stuck cd's and it works great now.

Sometimes you can get them out with a credit card or another CD.
