2002 windstar 3.8 v6. As soon as you turn the key to start the van the 2 fans by the radiator come on high and stay on. It can be freezing or 90 out and they still run on high as soon as you turn the key to start the van.2nd problem= front windshield washer squirter quit. I put a new pump in and even a new turn/wiper switch in. Still doesn't work. Back works fine, front wipers work, turn signals fine, but no front washer.
3rd problem=rear heat/ac blower has only 1 speed low.

here are the codes that come up on my friends scanner= P1462, C1185, C1198, C1254, C1246, C1250, C1242, C1210, U1260, U1262Can anyone give me what they mean please? Jason
