For those with interior lights flicking on and off usually after braking hard , hitting bumps etc, usually followed by warning bells etc.A solution i did was this, after several years of my pops complaining and me brainstorming i have found the problem that ford could not find, or many others, maybe this will fix yours.
i just learned i cant put photos here so i will put a link. i will get this discussion started while i get the pictures online.

So Basicly i came to the comclusion something must be wrong with the doors, which was found to be the slider doors, the pin switches were not coming into full contact with the doors wich turns off the lights when the doors are closed.
so my cheapest fix is this grab some super glue, and some pennys, once you located exactly where they meet superglue a penny to the door
this has been done for a year now and no problems since, or for at least that issue
