04-change out factory radio, doors won't lock, horn blows by itself, etc

My son has an 04 Grand Am. We had the factory radio changed out, but bought the piece to compensate for changing it out, since we were told one of the computers? runs through it. After we did so, the brake light came on, is not a fuse, and won't cut off. Also, the doors are supposed to lock when the car is on & put into gear, but will not anymore. You also CANNOT lock or unlock the doors by pushing the lock/unlock buttons while the car is running. Lately, the horn will just start blaring by itself (I was told that has to do with the keyless entry). Could this have to do with: A-changing out the factory radio B-the BCM needing to be reset or going bad C-had a leak in windshield-replaced (passenger floor board was getting wet) HELP!
