My son took our 2002 chevy impala to aamco for transmission fluid change. three days later he was 2 quarts low on fluid with no leak. also, now his transmission shifts hard, usually after driving for 20 minutes. when he shuts it off and turns it back on it runs fine for awhile. did they ruin his pcs?

Change our tranny fluid on Tuesday and Friday it started to shift real hard also, did you ever resolve your issue?
