I rarely drive this car. It has had a flat for about a month and a half and I finally went to repair it. The power was dead. Nothing. I started it last week to put the donut on. I checked under the hood to make sure my battery was still there (I live in a bad neighborhood) and it was. When I shut the hood a loud electronic pulsing wail emanated from underneath. Without power! I tried the ignition again and it shut off. It has an alarm but it is a horn alarm. The noise sounded like one of those pidgeon deterers cities tried a while back but chased away more humans than birds. Anyone know what this is?
