I would like to get running boards installed on my 2008 Grand caravan but would like to know what other owners of this van with this option think? Should I? any plus or minuses to having then put on? Any thoughts or comments appreciated.

Replying to: sunburstorange (Oct 18, 2009 4:31 am) I also have a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan and had running boards installed when I purchased the car. Although the help quite a bit to get into the car, its awkward getting out. Also, I can't take the car through a non touchless car wash. The tire cleaner motors/brushes will rub on the running boards and could damage the boards. I can only go to a touchless car wash.
