2000 GTP wont rev past 4k rpm + stalls

MY 2000 gtp wont rev past 4000rpm in addition to that it will just shut off! i have checked the vaccum lines all good,( no fuel, no leaks) and i have replaced the fuel pump resistor, and fixed the ground issue. IT also shudders when cruising down the road at light load. The problem is more prominent when the car is warm anybody else that has seen this and fixed it your input will be greatly appreciated:)
