The rear view mirror in my dh's car has gotten all foggy and the auto-dim function no longer works. I know that we need to replace the mirror. However, he would just as soon have an old-fashioned kind that you just flip the switch on. Is this possible? The current mirror has map lights, but it's not crucial that he have those. Best suggestions?!

How do I replace the rear view mirror on my 00 Monte Carlo. It has the auto-dim function.
