I have a 2007 T&C which gets soaked floor boards everytime I drive it. It has been to the dealership 3 times to get fixed. Each time it comes back "fixed" and then the floor boards are wet again within a week. They have resealed the windshield, check and cleared any drain lines, and resealed all the seams on the car.
 
BUT THE FLOORS STILL GET WET.
 
Part of the problem is that there is only one company in the area that all the area dealerships use for water problems so I can't even get a second opinion anywhere. Without driving 100 miles away.
 
Anyone have any idea what might be causing this. No one at the dealership seems to have a clue on what causes it. I only wish I started having this problem 6 months earlier and I could have gotten rid of the car under the lemon laws.

We have wet floorboards on our 2009. It's been in about four times for this. Re-did door seals, body seals, claimed it was a corroded drain tube (at 6 months!). Then our dealer was closed and now it's been in twice to the new nearest dealer (10 miles further away).
 
Last time we took it in and they said the floor was dry... even though it was wet!
 
Not sure the solution. But have never had a vehicle as badly engineered or built as this. Brakes need replacement at about 18K. Took four trips or so to get the airbags/ABS/etc. to work. The sliding door is now finally being fixed... after a couple attempts. The key fobs have been replaced twice. The steering column was loose (!!). I think the only reason we haven't yet taken it back as a lemon is that it is so fascinating to wait and see what will fail next! But I think it's time to throw this flounder back into the sea. At least then the wetness under the dash will make some sense...

Where is it wet... just in the front foot wells, under the dash area? Passenger side, driver side, or both?
 
The most common source of water in these instances is from the A/C condenser, but that does not mean the shop will be competent at sealing/draining it properly....

Our 03 has a soaking wet floor. Summer, winter, a/c on or off, it doesn't matter, the floor is wet. I can see it's coming from what appears to be the blower housing just above the pass feet. I've taken the bottom off but I can't find the source of the leak. Are there any drain lines that might be clogged from this thing?
