shanchen72,

i picked up the car already. the sale price was $48.5K for a 2012 brand new LR4 HSE with CC package and sirius radio. it's a 42 mo lease with 12K miles per yr. taxes, TTL, etc. were all baked into the price of $699 per month. $0 cap cost and $0 security dep. they also bought out the remaining year of my current lease so i could get this car. the MSRP is $56,225. i think it's a good deal.

the dealership is paul miller in parsippany NJ. prestige land rover in paramus NJ also had a very similar offer (slightly less) with exact same parameters.

so far, enjoying the car. if you want to private message me leave me an email to reach you at and i will tell you the salesperson's name.

good luck.

I noticed that the reply to my question stated "36 months"? Would you have to have the figures for 39 months?

Does someone have the July 2012 39 month residual/money factor for a 2012 LR4 HSE? I need to return the paperwork to the dealer this afternoon. I'm looking for the 39 month data - not the 36 month data.

Thx!

Did you pay any fees or was it total zero down, and how much would be the balance on the lease?
