Greetings to the appropriately named car_lease. Land Rover's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a base LR4 with 12,000 miles per year are .00318 ad 59%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00318 and 57%.
The 42-month numbers are .00318 and 55%.
The money factors for the '12 GL450 are much better, but its residual values aren't quite as good....00131 and 57% for a 36-month, 12k lease.
It's difficult to say what these brands will do with their lease programs over the next several months.
If you decide to go with a 42 or 48 month lease, your payments will likely be lower...but you will be committed to your vehicle for longer.

Thank you Car_man! I actually went ahead with a 33 month lease on an 2011 ML 350 4matic instead. selling price of approx 48k on a 55k MSRP. Payment figure is 560/mo with 3k drive off (all inclusive)

Chase's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Land Rover LR4 HSE with 10,000 miles per year are .00224 and 58%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. The numbers for an otherwise identical 48-month lease are .00231 and 50%.

Car man - looking to lease an LR4. What are the December rates and at which bank(s)? I saw the deal Landrover is offering - is that a good deal, relatively negotiable or are there any other finance options? I live in Phoenix.
