#105 of 114 Re: 2012 LR4 HSE with CC & 7 Seat Lease Deal [Car_man]

Here is another deal that I was offered for a USED (service loaner)
2012 LR4 HSE
7 Seat Package
Cold Climate Package
DIG & SAT radio.
~5700 miles
MSRP $56,325
INV $ $51,941
Selling Price $48,000
$2K driveoff
48 months $688 includes tax
I am not sure if $3k discount is enough for a service vechile that is at 5700 miles but if so the numbers are attractive enought for me to get it, what do you think CARMAN?
Thanks for your input!

Hi - can anyone please explain to me why different dealerships give us different residual values and money factors for exactly the same car (2012 Land Rover LR4 HSE) for someone with excellent credit? Today, I was quoted by two different dealerships just outside of Philadelphia, PA, the following numbers for 36 months lease and 10,000 miles per year?
1) Residual value of 52% with a money factor of 0.0032.
2) Residual value of 51% with a money factor of 0.00077.
Which one is accurate? What is the current money factor and residual value for the vehicle described above, assuming excellent credit, 36 months lease, 10,000 miles per year?
Thank you.

Hi Saaber - would you mind sharing the contact information of the sales person that you worked with for your 2012 Land Rover LR4?

You're very welcome vasco. Chase's November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 LR4 HSE with 12,000 miles per year are .00020 and 48% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The 39 month numbers are .00034 and 46%.
The 48 month numbers are .00064 and 38%.

Always leverage these posts in thinking about new car so thought I would post my recent experience if if helps others out as well. Lease 2012 LR4 yesterday:
Dealer: Prestige Paramus NJ
Packages: HSE; Climate Comfort; Sirius; Black Metallic Paint
MSRP: $56,700
Invoice: $51,763
Selling Price: $49,193
Term: 36 Months
Mileage: 10K / Yr
Residual 49%
MF: .0002
Bank Fee: $795
Doc Fee: $195
Monthly payment worked out $608 / month W/$0 cap reduction. I put down additional $3,975 for cap cost reduction so actual monthly payment $499.
From what I read there is a manufacturer incentive of $2,000 currently offered to dealers on '12 model LR4's. That coupled with dealers' desire to move out '12 inventory prompted dealer to get aggressive with pricing.
Hope this helps.

Here you go dchamp72. Chase's December buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Land Rover LR4 HSE with 12,000 miles per year are .00020 and 48% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The 39-month numbers are .00034 and 46%.
The 42-month numbers are .00045 and 43%.
The 42-month numbers are .00064 and 38%.
The residual values for leases with only 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.
