Electrical problem
2001 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 233242 miles
Intermittent no start condition. When vehicle is hot and shut off, will not restart. Liftage Light will start flashing. Vehicle will go into lockout mode after attempting to start several times and not start for 30 minutes. Have had problems with rear wiper motor and have had to replace several times. Have even replaced ignition lock cylinder and key. No codes in PCM - not even BCM Codes.

Have you tested any of the electrical, such as power to the fuel pump, ignition coil, fuel injectors? I wonder if the no-start is affecting the automatic shutdown relay circuit.
I used to have no-start situations (only when "hot") with a '96 Subaru Outback. The problem existed for years, but disappeared abruptly when I replaced a non-functioning knock sensor and, at the same time, went ahead and replaced the crankshaft and camshaft sensors.
That vehicle, however, did not have the known BCM gremlins of Chrysler vans. It is amazing how that module can hobble the rest of the vehicle.
