Help re: replacement of '07 lower rear bumper cover

My wife backed into her friend's car in our driveway which made an incision in the lower rear bumper cover just above the driver side tailpipe. If I was keeping the car, I wouldn't bother with it but we had plans on trading it in this year for a Honda and I know the dealer will be looking for any reason to discount my trade. I've found a CAPA certified replacement lower rear bumper cover online from several merchants and the cost seems to hover around $200. I was just wondering how difficult is it to replace? It doesn't seem like there's much holding the cover in place. Will I need to remove the entire bumper to make the swap? Anyone have a link for instructions?
