When a Lexus is turned in at end of lease, who conducts the inspection and Is it done in your presence before for the car is officially released in case there’s a problem giving you an opportunity to make repairs? What does a dealerships lease retention persons actually do and how does this affect someone nearing end of lease or interested in a new lease? Thanks J2

Replying to: jacks2 (Sep 19, 2009 8:25 am) Your dealer or an independent vehicle inspection company authorized by the lessor will conduct the inspection and you can be present during the inspection as far as I know. tidester, host SUVs and Smart Shopper
