I'm considering buying a 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L. Is it possible to add any of the Touring options to the EX-L manually? The options I'm most interested in are the fog lights and the outside temperature sensor. Is this something I could just order a part on and add myself, or more trouble than it's worth?

I have never bought a used car but am now looking for a used Odyssey and could use some advice: - is a Certified model worth the extra cost? - do I also buy an extended warranty, or are they included? - is HondaCare another extended warranty or the name for it, and is it only available at a dealer at time of purchase? - what model year would be the best to get to more closely approximate current 2010 models at a savings? I was thinking 2006 but wasn't sure when Honda fixed the transmission problems of earlier models or when the last model year upgrade was.
