2002 2.4 liter dodge caravan idle air control valve

does anybody know the proper procedure to check out an idle air control valve on a 2002 dodge caravan with a 2.4 liter motor and the specifications on fuel pump pressure at idle and thru the acceleration range i had a brand new airtex fuel pump installed

my truck have a problem, the a/c don´t function good and I see a one encapsulated coil, bad this is the reazon for don´t cooling? this coil is on the left side and this coil are a valve to the bypass to the gas this valve is easy change? othe cuestion is my truck have a ligth engine but the truck is not problem for function because this work very good and I check whit tester and the problem is in the cap of gasoline and I chance the cap and resset the problem a one time more this light aperce other time and I don´t no what is the problem you can giveme a tips for I lock for the problem? tanks for you time and I apresious your help tanks
