Hard to See Without Power Seats

I am a short woman of 5'3" and my husband really wants to get me an 07' Dodge Ram Mega Cab with a Hemi. I love the truck and it makes sense for us with our budget and resale but when I test drove the one he wants, I had a hard time seeing much because I am short and it did not have the power seats to adjust the height. I drove the Dodge Ram that wasn't a mega cab that had power seats and I was able to adjust the seat perfectly and I loved driving it. However, for the value, it makes more sense to buy this mega cab with no power seats (plus my husband LOVES IT). Does anyone have any advice for me on how I can fix that with maybe a seat pad and still be able to reach the pedals? Replies to this message: kcram (Sep 12, 2009 4:23 pm)

By the way, my sister is 5'3" and while she likes my 2005 Ram with the power driver's seat, she was able to drive my 1996 Ram which had standard seats. If it's in your budget, you may want to have a local body shop (will be cheaper than the dealer) swap the standard seat for a power seat. kcram - Pickups/Wagons Host
