60/40 Passenger Side Doors

I have a 2004 GMC Savana 3500 Work Van. Everybody I have talked to has had a problem with the hinges on their side doors. Is this an inherent problem because of the constant opening and closing of these doors during a regular service vehicle? Is there anything that can be done to correct this. Replying to: deweylsmith (Aug 30, 2009 9:20 am) I have the 2003 with doors on both sides. The driver side always needs lube. I've had good results with Gibbs or Aerokroil, but you've got to lube it every two weeks or so. Both products are available on the web. Aerokroil is less expensive. Check both web sites. Good luck.
