power locks and radio

I installed a pioneer deck in my car and when all wires were connected and good, I tried locking my car and neither, the key less entry or power lock in the car would work. But when the car is on, I can unlock the car with the power lock on the door and lock the car with my key less entry, but only when the car is on. Please advise on any possible remedies.
