Hi i am new here and did search for my question but didnt find it. Been a reader awhile but just joined. My question is this i have a 96 silverado 1500 with 5.0. I got it from my father a few months ago with 73k miles on it. Thing ran like a champ untill i heard an exhaust leak. So i jacked er up and all three my bolts where loose that coneect my 5.0/5.7 Shorty Headers Chrome Plated to right above my cat on pass side. So i drop it thinking i will replace the gasket and re bolt and be good. Well i pulled the two apart and found no gasket...Me i did look online but came up empty handed. There should be a gasket there, shouldnt there? Common sense tells me yes but im unsure, and i really hope you all can answer my question and help a fellow out. headers are edelbrock model# 6510 pass side...any links to gaskets would be super...ty
