I have a 99 Park Ave. When you put it in park, only the driver's door unlocks. Is there a way to program it so that all doors unlock in park?

It should be in your owners manual under memory door locks. My 98 leSabre, which may not be the same, says
1 close all doors
2 turn ignition on
3 keep doors closed
4 press and hold LOCK on the driver's power door lock switch without letting up
5 press the LOCK button on the remote transmitter
6 Press the LOCK button on the transmitter again-each time after the above first press the system advances by one step
STEPS
0 is no unlock or lock
1 is is all doors lock when shifted out of Park
2 All doors lock and only the drivers door unlocks shifting in or out of Park
3 All doors lock and all doors unlock when shifted in or out of park

You are in step 2, so you only need to advance one step.

7 let up on the door lock switch now. You're finished.

Hope they use the same door memory method for your Park Ave as the 98 leSabre.
