The blower motor on my 1996 Taurus does not work. I measure around 9.85V on the plug to the blower motor (with the AC or heater on and the fan at any speed). I also read the same voltage from the positive side of the plug to a car ground. I bought a new blower motor and that does not work either. However the old and the new blower work when I connect them to a 9V transistor battery. This is driving me crazy. Any suggestions? Thanks
