I have an '07 sport trac and and the transmission pan wont stay bolted on. has anyone else had this problem?

I have 08 V6 with intermitten shifting problems. I can't get it out of park. Ford told me it may be brake switch problems. Any thoughts.

This a prob. Ford know about but hopes you will go beyond 36000 so they can milk you for a radiator. You may still have to fight them even in warrenty.
