Hi, I drive a base 2008 TL and have had it for about 9 months now; I had several quality/technical problems with the car when it came into the acura dealer and acura is lucky most of the problems where fixed or I would have had to take them to court; I had problems such as green stain on front carpets, mood lighting from ceiling not working, rear tailights fogging up with condensation, broken headrest; luckily all these issues were fixed by the dealer but it has put a stigma on the car for me; I still have a sticky rattling issue with the moon roof housing which hasn't been fixed; I've noticed over that last few months that when every I go over any kind of bump or crater in the road, whether small or large there seems to be a loud bang/thud sound coming from the trunk/ rear suspension area; I understand the TL is a firm riding sports sedan but after what happen when I first got the car I wander if it is truly a problem or if other people with 07 or 08 TLs have had the same kind of noise come from the trunk or rear suspension area???
