MINI Cooper Bodywork Questions

I had a minor accident with my cooper. I hit a cement pole and now have a good size dent on my back bumper and another little dent under my hood. Should I take it to the dealer or can I take it to a local auto body shop. I just want to know if they will order parts and the mini paint from mini directly. Replying to: airforcemom (Jul 12, 2009 5:46 pm) I know I'm really late in responding, but am wondering what u finally decided 2 do. I've had 2 () fender-benders w/my MINI, and my ins. co. (Progressive) handled the repairs 4 me, which turned out great and you can't tell she was ever damaged. I hope u had as good an experience!
