2002 century A/C does not work

I have checked all the fuzzes and relays for the a/c and all work. The clutch works fine There is voltage to the a/c relay but it will not energize, but the relay is ok. I notice the a/c fan does not come on though. I have not checked fuzzes for them as I just now thought this may have something to do with it. The charge also seems to be up. It was not working the other day to the store but it did work on the way home. the next time out it did not work again. As an update, I did check the fans and the relays seem to check out fine. I also jumped the fans at the relay and they do work as does the compressor clutch. All the fuzzed do check out as well. Any ideas that work will be and are greatly appreciated. Replying to: justincase3 (Jul 08, 2009 11:11 am) Having the same issue right now...told to check resistors..first...if they work good. if not a blowr motor..was the second recomendation...not sure yet but going to have it checked out later on today...maybe i will have a better answer 4 u...but this is what i was told..also i have to add freon...hope this has been somewhat helpful...
