help plz husband is deployed cant get in touch with him we have a 04 taurus key is stuck in ignition the car turns on it drives everythiing we just cant get the key out it wont turn all the way back have tried wd40 it didnt do anything i just took of the remote and locked the car hoping it would still be there the morning it locked the light stayed on inside for like a hour but then it went off its in park in the driveway some neighbors tried to help said to call locksmith or i might have to replace the lock cylinder what is that does the locksmith do that or i have to got to ford or a car place
