Used Kia Rondo - good price?

Hi everyone, great forum, I believe I read all the posts here and found them very helpful.
 
You guys convinced me to buy a Rondo! I went to a dealership today (could not find anything private party in ohio). This is what I found:
 
2008 v6 EX 22 000 miles, 7 seats. Moonroof, premium sound. The car is clean, but not super clean.
 
This car is CERTIFIED. This means that is has a warranty like a brand new car, it starts the moment I pay for it.
 
How much should I offer for this car? Is $12500 unrealistic? I will not say for not how much they expect.

Does it have leather? I am not a pricing expert (nor a good negotiater) but I do not think 12.5 is unreasonable.

i don't know if this will help. Enterprise car rental has alot of 07 and 08 rondos for sale on their website. All have around 40,000 miles. Some 4 and 6 cyl. They had them all priced between $9500- 12,000. Maybe you could compare to the one you want to get.

you should offer a lower price then they are asking like 10,999 i have seen v6ex go for that price used 08 i was goin to check it out ther same day ad came out but was to late some one bought it
