Well, I think the TL is one of those cars that look better in person than some picture on a website. The Accord looks the same way. But, the big wing like logo and the front lower bumper is a bit overdone. But, they were wanting to step outside the box. We have to give them credit for doing so. I can name a few other cars that are questionable on looks. Such as the weird toyota grill on the camry? It is okay, but seems a bit silly. The 2010 looks a bit more weird too. The Accord looks weird too, when compared to the normal, sleek looking coupe Accord. OR, you want weird looking, the 08 Pontiac G6 GXP, with its huge buck tooth grill and body kit, and the huge hammerhead spoiler. That makes the TL look very clean and normal.

But, with that said, I would probably pick the TSX V6 over the TL, but I simply cannot justify the TSX at that price! The TSX is an Accord, your paying $37k for a loaded Accord? It may look more modern, sleek, may have some HID lights, a higher end interior, a few more features, but call it was it is. An Accord.

Wow, I am not sure..lol I could see getting a base or tech 4cyl tsx.

Yeah, the TSX is a leather-lined, totally loaded version of the European Accord. I reallly liked the first-generation TSX and it was reasonably priced at around $28k.

At least the U.S.-market doesn't have the Acura CSX that they sell in Canada. It's basically a Civic EX-L with a better engine and a few design tweaks. There's even a CSX Type-S with the same engine/transmission as the Civic Si. Pretty lame, IMO.

There were previous versions of the Civic sold as the Acura EL- the last one was the '05 1.7 EL. They remind me of the G20 that Infiniti sold during their early years. It was just a Sentra SE-R with some styling tweaks and all the power/convenience items standard. At least they were both starting with a very good base vehicle. Think back to the Cadillac Cimarron (Chevy Cavalier)...eeek!
