I was looking at purchasing 2 jetskis on a double trailer, so i was checking my manual for the towing capacity for my car. The manual said the capacity was 1000lbs, does this seem right? I see cars all the time hauling double trailered ski's, so i was wanting to know if this was just a lowball figure from Chevy or was i reading it wrong? The weight for the 2 skis and trailer would be around 1400-1500 lbs. I just don't want to mess anything up on my car, so i would rather be safe than sorry. Any help would be appreciated.
