My 05 wrangler will not crank. 1st symptom was it acted as though the battery was completely drained when i tried to start it. I jumped it off and all was good. After killing it, i jumped it off again and when the jumper cables were removed, the engine died. When ignition is turned on, all gauges and alarms go crazy including tach and speedo. when ignition is off i get 12.3 volts at battery. when ignition is on, i get 8 volts at battery and other symptoms listed above. any suggestions, i assume it is a ground issue somwhere.
