Cherokee Location and Access to Oxygen Sensor

Have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee with V-8, 318 cid. (5.2 L). Can not find location of the oxygen sensor to replace it. Can anyone tell me where it is. Is access from top or under side? Replying to: ebizsearch (Jun 07, 2009 6:39 am) should be in the header pipe from the head before the cat converter (looks like someone put spark plug in the exaust)
