If you haven't already purchased a new car I hope I can answer your question. The customer loyalty program works like this. They will need your VIN # off your dodge vehicle and your registration for the car showing that you own that vehicle. Since you no longer own that car, I dont think they can help you.

I have had both tie rods replaced under warranty only 18,000 mi.good parts from china.I love the car great looks,good gas milages,great fit and finish.A head turner.
