The numbers for an otherwise identical 39-month lease are .00092 and 56%.
 
Nissan is also providing a $1,000 cash incentive on leases of this car right now. Make sure to take this cash into account when negotiating the selling price of your vehicle.

Can I get the latest money factor and residual rates for July 2012? 36 months... MSRP $43.9k
 
Trading in a car at $5k appraisal. They still want $1k cash on top of it, for a $455 monthly payment. I have average credit, but seems like the cash component should be gone, minimally (essentially $621/mo), or am I overlooking something?
 
I haven't seen all the numbers from the dealer quite yet.

Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s March buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 370Z Roadster Touring with manual transmission and 15,000 miles per year are .00105 and 55% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.
