My 2002 Durango has power windows. I had rolled down the driver side window and when I pushed the button to roll it back up, the whole window dropped down into the door. Luckily, the glass didn't break. The motor still runs when you flip the switch, just nothing happens. All of the other 3 windows work fine. I pulled the door panel off and tried to look around, but there isn't a lot of eyeball room in there. I did notice the left side cable was not connected to anything. Is this a motor or an actuator or both? I can't find a diagram anywhere that will show what is suppose to go where. Is this a common problem with a somewhat easy fix?
