I saw this on a hyundai accessory retailer's website. It looks like the OEM leather, but I cannot tell for sure. Replying to: bjonez (May 20, 2009 11:17 am) No, it is not. These are leather seat covers made to resemble OEM materials, but they can't be the same thing. I have a Veracruz with factory leather, and looking closely at the pictures on this website, I can see many areas (especially around the seat belts on the back seats) where this product differs significantly from OEM. Actually, the more you examine these pictures, the more differences you see; for example, where do they get those giant rear seat headrests? The stitch patterns are also quite different than OEM, and they even differ between the gray and tan examples.

Replying to: oscar_gata (May 20, 2009 3:07 pm) so I emailed them and they said   "Thanks for your inquiry. KMELSP1 is the OEM leather seating used on the vehicle, it is not genuine leather. These kits do require your existing clotht to be removed before installation. We highly recommend these kits be installed by a professional auto upholstery company."   So they aren't seat covers, but they are synthetic. Are the "leather" seats in the un-upgraded SE real leather? If so it confirms that these aren't the oem seats.   In addition, the seats are offered in a 5 seat or 7 seat option. If you look at the bottom of the page there is an option to pay $120 more for the 3rd row seating.
