I had the same problem. It's probably a vacumm leak. By process of elminiation, I started replacing the vacumm lines. In the end, the hard line from the intake boot that runs to the rear intake valve cover was the problem. It was actually loose, but I couldn't tell until I rotated the motor. Car's been fine ever since.
