DTAC problem on drivers side

I have a problem with the climate control on my 2002 LS. The driver's side always seems to stay warm and the passenger side seems to be working properly. Any ideas what this could be?

It's either a stuck blend door or the auto climate controller.

I'm not sure how to do it but I heard it's a pain in the butt.
